This has been going on for about 2 months now. I reolaced the battery, wasn't sure if it was the cause but it was 6 yrs old so I replaced it anyway. I disconnected the ground cable on the battery while running but car never stalled. I checked the wiring around the altenator, everything looked ok. Belt is snug, the thing is one day the light just flickers the next it is off. Sometimes it stays on all day the next it is off. On a day when its off I turn everything on to see if the regulator is bad in the altenator but the light doesn't come on. Appreciate the help.

 

sounds like you got a bad alternator,, replace it,, use a Honda alternator..trust me on that 1
