I'm replacing the right side interior door handle but having some problems removing the old one. Any help please on how to remove it? Already unscrewed the one screw but am I forgetting something else?

 

The fitting must be pulled forward as you pull outward. There is a hook that engages the door panel at the rear of the fitting. This is why I always recommend a shop manual purchase before removing a door panel. If you don't know, you'llbreak something,... I usually do.

Try the DIY forum and use the Online Manuals post for links to manual downloads. I recollect a 91 Honda Shop Manual available for download.
