Default 1991 Accord timing belt adjusting bolt rounded off

During the process of replacing the head gasket on my 1991 Accord, I went to loosen the adjusting bolt for the timing belt and I noticed the bolt is rounded off and slightly torn up, quite possibly from the previous owner when he changed the timing belt. I can't seem to get anything to fit on it.

Any good advice on how I can loosen this guy back up so I can get the timing belt off the camshaft pulley so I can pull the cylinder head?

Thanks in advance!

I know the room is tight but you are going to have to get creative on removing the bolt - go ahead and order a new one.

Vise grips, special "bolt" removers, pipe wrech, ect.........

Is there enough room to weld another nut on?
