My problem was no front corner, tail, or dash lights including a/c & gear selector, but power to cluster enough to tell me what position the transmission is in. If its not for the flashing S and the D for drive the cluster would have no indication of light at all.

In the under hood fuse box, there is a dimmer relay. See if you can switch with an identical relay.

I don't have a good wiring diagram of the 90-93 accords, so this may be difficult.

Do you have a volt meter?

Can you tell us the color of the wires going to your tail lights?

So the Black had good ground under all conditions.

The Red/Black had 12v when the light switch is on.

You ground the Red wire (with the lights on) and the dash lights went "full bright".

Is this true?

I was wondering the same thing because if that was true he would not say that he still does not have cluster lights.

Now we are getting somewhere.

No power to the red/black, time to work our way back up the system and find out why.....still not sure why you said it tested fine? Anyway.....

All fuses are good, including the under hood fuse panel (#19, #27 and #41).....correct?

If so, time to test the light switch.

I'm really trying to help. If you want it, if not I can move on?

do you have a thumb nail of the U/H fuses numbered..Your doing great..i appreciate your help..i think with your help we can get the bottom of this..i was using a fault voly meter...I used a stardard light tester. I used it to test the hazard lights switch ....that switch has power when activated...it blinked on and off to the rythm of the light flow.
