Default 1992 honda accord loses spark

I have a 1992 accord Runs good in the mornings, but when I drive it later in the day it sounds and feels like it is running out of gas. It's not the fuel pump. It is losing spark. Recently replaced coil and distributer. When this problem occurs I floor the gas hit about 50 mph and for some weird reason it goes away. Any help would be welcomed, Thank You.

Any codes from the CEL or D4, check....don't assume.

The rest of the tune up items (cap, rotor, plugs, ect) are up to date?

Yes, you need to check for codes from the ECU and TCU:
