Default 1993 Accord Highbeams Won't Work

We just bought this Accord and the high beam lights don't work. The bulbs have been checked and are fine. When we try to turn the high beams on, the light on the dash that would normally show they are on, is not lit. The high beam switch ( inside the engine compartment fuse box) clicks when we try to turn the high beams on. The DRL dash light is lit when the car is running though we're not sure if the two are connected. Can anyone help?

Thanks

Well, since the relay under the hood clicks, that says it's working, but it won't hurt anything to switch it with another one to make sure the relay is working and not just making noise. The next thing to check, since the bulbs are okay, would be the grounds near the headlights. follow the black wires from the headlights and see where they connect to the chassis. I don't think the headlight circuitry is any more complex than circuit for the switch, relay, and circuit for the lights.
