Default 1993 honda accord air conditioner

I have a 1993 honda accord ex. my grandfather had a new engine put in a few months ago. the air conditioner doesn't work the heats does. I beleve my grandfather told me that the air conditioner wasn't hooked up not sure can someone help me please

The air conditioner compressor is run by a single wire to the clutch coil. Check whether that is plugged in.

If compressor plug is connected, the system may be low/empty of refrigerant. You will need a gauge set to measure system pressure. A quick easy test is to check the hi/lo pressure cut-off switch (near compressor) to see if it is closed or open. If system has pressure the switch contacts should be closed (zero resistance measured w/ VOM). If switch contacts are open (infinite resistance), the system pressure is very low or zero indicating no charge.

In either case, you will likely need professional help to resolve the problem.
