1993 Honda Accord Cruise Control Broken
So the cruise hasn’t worked since I bought the car. The button on the dash lights up and works, steering controls are tested to work, but the cluster light never comes on nor does it activate. I’m pretty sure my brake switch is fine because my brake lights work just fine.

Have a look at the brake switch again. On my 1998 there's 2 circuits through the switch. Brake lamps use 1 and cruise uses both. Not sure if 1993 is the same...
Not really "internal engine" so I'm moving it over to General Tech.

If it's a manual transmission there's a button on the clutch as well that will disengage the cruise if the clutch lever is pushed.
On my 93 the plug in the clutch lever broke, allowing the switch to always be actuated so the cruise wouldn't engage.
