The needles should be illuminated by two bulbs that are under the ledge of the gauge cluster. In other words, the lights would shine from above the needles when viewing from the driver's seat.
You will have to remove the cluster to replace the bulbs. They are labeled gauge light 1.4W on the diagram I posted.

I don't know. The parts store will have a book with the bulbs available in your accord. I'm not sure if those gauge bulbs are general. The aftermarket supplier, like sylvania, might make them, but the autoparts store my not stock them.
You may have to pick them up at a dealership. Call ahead, because they may not stock them either.

Well I went to O'reillys auto parts and bought the two lights for about 3 bucks and it took me about 45 minutes to take it all apart put the lights in and put it back together. Honestly I really don't like the way it looks because of the brightness but i turned it down but still would like to have the needles with lights in them ... Maybe another project down the road..
Again Thanks - You guys really helped me out
