Moved your post to a new thread for better attention. Generally best practice is not to append a new problem to an old post, even when problem is related to original thread.
Check small Blk/Wht wire to starter solenoid for 12V when keyswitch is turned to Start. If 12V missing, then something is interupting the starter signal; ignition switch assy, clutch interlock switch, or starter relay. Check for 12V at starter, relay, interlock switch to find the culprit.
Not sure of your meaning about interlock switch, but jumper it w/ wire bridge to see if that fixes the problem.
good luck
