1994 honda accord

Car has no power, changed plugs, cleaned fuel rail and injectors, replaced map sensor, checked timing-good, and still has no power

Can you tell us exactly what you mean by having no power? What happens when you turn the key to each of the I, II, and start positions?

Car starts and runs idles good, just when u accerate it has no power like the converter is clogged and it has been removed

Ok. Does the check engine light turn on when it is idling? I would check for codes. See the common diy thread on top of the gen tech help forum for a link to checking engine codes.
