1994 Honda accord D4 flashing light and no start

D4 light there are no codes on the CEL

The TCU code 14 is a fault code between the ECU and TCU, so this a control unit issue. I'd suggest installing the first TCU to see if the code 14 goes away.

Unfortunately I had to return the original TCU as a core. Ok thanks for the help
