What is the engine RPM when this happens?

RPMs are ok, around 800-900 on park and a bit lower on drove, maybe 800

Again if there is a "slam" then I'm back to the mounts......the rpm's given are within range.

But if the problem was a mount, it would happen both on cold engine temperatura and hot.
It only happens on hot, hence my assumption its the ATF+4 thins out too much on hot operation?

Could be, there is no harm to do another drain and fill with the Honda fluid. I'd get enoguh for a third if needed...plus sometimes you can "deal" on larger quantities.
