1995 Accord 2.2 (non-vtech) CEL code 12
I desperately need help resolving this code so I can get my state inspection and emissions testing by the end of this month.
I've swapped out the EGR valve, cleaned the EGR ports/passages, cleaned the intake and IACV, all the vac & emission lines (that I can see) look to be in good condition. Still throwing the code.
Any advice on what else to look for or clean would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Open the Common DIY Threads post stickied at the top of this forum. The online manuals thread has a 94 shop manual you can download. The fuel an emissions section has the steps to diagnose a code 12.
check to make sure your vac hoses to the egr valve are good and there is no leak.
pull the 7.5a fuse labeled back up to clear codes and test drive.
also make sure the egr gasket is sealed and not leaking

Thanks for the replies everyone. I'm still learning to navigate around this forum to find all the pertinant info, my apology. If I had found those shop manuals previously...it would have helped
Anywho, it seems one of the two are possibly junk...the EGR control selenoid valve or the EGR vacuum control valve. I cleaned them up, pulled the fuse to reset, follow the idle procedures and what not. Then test drove last night and drove to work this morning (roughly put around 40 miles or so) and the CEL has yet to pop on. Let's pray that did the trick.

It did do the trick! WOO HOO Glad you all jumped in to help. Drove it all weekend & the CEL has yet to come on since I cleaned those two items. I was able to pass my state Inspection & Emissions tests this morning. My $600 DD is good to go for another year
