1995 Honda Accord coupe crank no start
Ok you guys I'm brand new to the forums and I NEED HELP! Along with everything below the OBD1 code it's giving is a solid check engine light witch indicates bad ECU,fuse, or ground. Read below thank you.
I have a 1995 Honda Accord coupe that I did an engine swap on. The original engine had a crack and it ran great other than that so I swapped it for an identical motor.
The new motor:
cranks but won't start.
I have spark, and fuel to the rail. All fuses are good. Main relay is good. ECU is good.
I habe another 1995 Honda sedan that I used to test the distributor, plugs and wires, ECU and main relay. That's how I know they are all good.
crank no start. Even with starter fluid sprayed into the intake it won't fire up. But my other one does. However my coupe does have compression and it did back fire out of the intake a couple times. But will not fire up at all. Not even one cylinder. Also I checked timing and it's good to go also.
Any ideas? And Thank you all in advanced.

I think you'll get more answers in the General Tech. area so I'll move it there.
Backfiring from the intake suggests that you have the spark plug wires swapped around. Have you double-checked the firing order?
