1995 Honda Accord Lx 2.2l Non-Vtec No Start
Understood with the testing issues. I'd price out the motor as it is likely the cheapest and quickest option to get back on the road.
On my old 95 accord, I found an engine with very low miles for ~$200 on car-part.com. Now this was over 10 years ago. As I looked at the other host of issues I had, I decided it was time for a new car. Too much rust to repair in my situation.

Mine is pretty much rust free, just surface rust here and there, like 2 or 3 dents, when i was trying to put interior together the center console seems too short because theres a gap that i cant seem to fix, and misc stuff to fix that aint too bad. Plus its pretty dirty too but I don't have a outdoor faucet so its kinda hard to wash it lol. Thanks for sending the website, I'm going to look on it now.
