Default 1996 accord f22 cranks no start

So I rebuilt the head on my accord. Made sure to keep the timming correct. But when I put everything back together it cranks but it wont start. I also now hear a buzzing noise coming from the steering column? It didn't make that noise before though.

And also make sure you're firing order for the plugs from the distributor to the spark plugs are correct

Humor us and tell us what you did to determine spark, fuel, and timing were good.

If you're convinced on spark fuel, and timiing, next step is to check engine compression. That's about all that can prevent starting w/ other items in good shape.

good luck

X2 on the specifics asked by TexasHonda.

Also, tell us the wire colors going to the map and TPS sensor. Have you tried checking for engine codes?
