So with my latest readings you can see that it is all over the place. I went through the o2 wires under the car and the plug was tight. I went ahead an cleaned the contacts with electrical cleaner and reattached them all. It seemed to work good for about 2 minutes until it warmed up. When the sensor got hot it seems like it started going crazy again.
intake temp was like 135F when I looked.
coolant was at 210F

The intake air temperature should be close to the outside air temperature maybe slightly warmer. Check that the IAT connector has a red/yel and a grn/blu wire going to it. Unplug the IAT and check that there is no corrosion on the connectors. Check the wires as best you can for obvious damage or shorting. If you unplug the IAT, the scanner should read the intake temperature as 302 °F.

You can also do some resistance tests across the pins of the IAT sensor. The resistance at 32F should read 5,000 ohms (5 kohm). At 104F, the resistance should be 1,000 ohms (1 kohm). The scale is linear, so the reading will be 1 kohm less for every 18 degrees above zero. So 50F would be 4 kohm, etc.

Coolant temp of 210F is excessive. Low coolant or bad thermostat.

good luck

Thank you for the suggestions. I will check the iacv pins and the thermostat as soon as I can. I got a super cold last week and was stuck in bed for a while. As soon as I can , I will update you all on the status of the tests.

Well I did the resistance test and everything checked out. The car has been running fine for the past week and stft has bee +-7%. I have no idea what was going on but it seems to have "fixed" itself. I appreciate all the help and suggestions. I just really wish I figured out what was going on but I'm guessing I will have another chance soon enough.

Default %50 stft is back

I do t know what's different but my random %50 stft returned. Any more suggestions? Can the distributor do this? I feel like the car is not running smooth, I'm getting a miss when I accelerate.

Did you do anything like reset the PCM before this started happening? What is the status of your emissions readiness? Also, plot (if possible) open vs closed loop.
