Default 1996 Honda Accord Tea Pot Noise When Idle

Hi I have this Honda Accord 1996 4 cylinder with 17X,XXX miles on it and i have this noise coming from what seems to be the belt area that sounds like a damn tea pot when my car is in idle, park, basically anything but when I press on the accelerator. When I press on the accelerator it goes away but as soon as I let go it comes back and progressivly gets louder. I've been told to try and lube up the belts/pulley system and that didn't do anything. I would really like to know what's possibly wrong with this cause the noise is so damn annoying.

Take the bet off and check your pulleys. Sounds like one is bad
