I turned my car off. can back to start it and stuck the key in and the ignition wont turn and the car wont come out of park.... this happened about 2 years ago and it was an easy fix. I was told it had to do with the security system the last time it happened. I think it was a fuse and a wire issue.... anyone have this problem.

 

Have you turned the steering wheel to the right or left to see if that will release the lock on the steering column? Just asking, as I've had that happen several times in various model cars and trucks. Might be worth a shot.
