1997 Accord Sunroof won't open

Default 1997 Accord Sunroof won't open
my 1997 Accord V6 sunroof won't open when I touch the button! any suggestions?

Check the fuse?

That would be the #29 underhood fuse.

Next would be the moonroof relay - there is one for "open" and one for "close".

I found a wire hanging down from under the dash on the drivers side, and have no idea where it goes to!

I don't think they moved them - this is the location on a 94 coupe.

Got a pic of the wire and the end of it?

poorman, I found out the hanging wire was for a remote starter the previous owner had, but he removed.
