Default 1998 Accord EX Seat Belt/booster question, ELR?

I am trying to install a child's highback booster in the back seat of my 1998 Honda Accord. Unfortunately, the car does not have a LATCH system that I can use. What I am trying to find out if all the seatbelts in the back are ELR (Emergency Locking Retractor) belts. Does anyone know this and may be albe to provide some documentation on that? Thanks.

Grab the belt and jerk it as hard and as fast as you can, see if it locks up. Any dealer should be able to answer your question, they all have carseat saftey programs.
