Default 1998 honda accord

I have a 1998 accord v6 with 106k miles and the check engine light came on. I recently did a full tune up changing the plugs, wires, oil, air filter, distributor cap and rotor. The check engine light has been on for a while now so I hooked it to the OBD, there were two readings
- EGR Valve Insufficient Flow
- Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)

I dont know what it could be any more. About two monthes ago I replaced the catalytic converter so the i think it may be the post converter o2 sensor but i dont want to buy and install if the light is going to stay on. also I replaced the EGR valve right after I got the OBD codes. so the valve is brand new. If any one has any suggestions I would deeply appreciate it.

I believe bank 1 is before the converter, but I am not positive on that. Did you ever reset the ECU after the repairs/replacements?

Do you happen to know the exact code numbers? Those would be helpful. The explanations from the code readers are often inaccurate for Hondas. I learned this the hard way and wasted a lot of time on a "wild goose chase" once.

x2 for getting the actual code number.

Bank 1 & bank 2 refer to actual dual exhaust where each bank of a V engine has it's own converter.

When talking about the O2 sensors; primary is before the cat, secondary is after the cat.
