A lot of items could cause this issue, so you'll need to do some detective work before replacing any parts and wasting money.

Was any work done on the car before is started running rough? Is the check engine light turning on while driving? Any chance you filled the gas tank before this happened?

No its been doin that, the check engine light is on while driving and I don't think it ever started doin that after a fill up and when I'm driving it it runs really good while it's on the go so I know it ain't a compression problem

You may want to get the codes scanned if you have a scanner or stop by a parts store and they do it as a free service. Just post the actual code on here. They start with the letter P and have four numbers, like P1234. It may give you a direction for testing.
