1999 accord ex 110K miles; full Freon 134-A, normal pressure.

Turn on AC, no green light, AC doesn't work; after several minutes or longer, green light on, AC works. OR, turn on AC, green light on,AC works; after several minutes or longer, green light off, AC doesn't work.

Summer begins, hot in Car....

How to fix it???

 

When the green a/c light is off, does any air blow out of the vents?

 

yes, when green light off, there are air blow out, but not cold, same as outside air...
