1999 honda accord ac clutch wont engage. All lights work,fan comes on just no ac. I checked all the fuses. Look under the hood bet is on and in good condition. No noises from compressor just the clutch wont engage. Would it be the relay where is it. Or any sugestions

first things first check for continuity at the pressure switch

 

Where is the pressure switch at

 

normally its by the driver side headlight area .. just follow the ac pipes
