I am having a difficult time with the installation of 1999 Honda Accord V6, EX passenger front door actuator.

I have installed this with the three small screws and two larger screws on the backplate.

I have also verified the electrical connection works.

When I use the keyfob. The automatic door locks perfectly. However, when I try to unlock with the keyfob, the passenger door does not work.

Any ideas or suggestions. It will lock with the keyfob only. Unlock with keyfob does not work.

A little background - why did you replace it in the first place?

Press the unlock button twice on the remote??
First press it unlocks the drivers door only.
Second press (within a couple seconds) it unlocks the rest.
