Hydrolocked the engine? If so it is time for a new motor.

Suggest treating as a typical No-start. What's missing fuel or spark?

A simple test is to attempt to start w/ starter fluid or throttle body cleaner. A 5-10 sec blast into the air intake followed by attempt to start.

If it starts briefly and runs, then spark is good and fuel delivery is problem(no/low fuel pressure or contaminated fuel).

If it doesn't start, the no spark is likely and testing for power to distributor, ECM control pulses to ignitor module to determine reason for no spark.

good luck
