Im sure I have at least one bad mm. But I want to change them one at a time. Which is the one that goes out the most or first. I get some vibration on accelleration and a bit of a bump when in 2nd gear and letting off the gas. The left and right ones look intact. I tried having someone hold the brake and put it in drive through reverse but coulldnt see anything obvious.

 

Thump when you let off implies the tension side mount may be damaged; slack under load allows engine to relax and cause noise. When engine is in D and brake held w/ 1500 rpm throttle, one mount is under compression and other tension.
