Default 2000 Accord Headlight disassemble possible?

Is there any way to remove the headlight lens part so I have access to the reflective inside?

There is so much dust and dirt all over the inside chrome part I need to clean off..

The headlight lens is a closed assy (seams fused by heat) and not repairable. A replacement is usual repair.

Lens is sealed from outside moisture so contamination indicates an open seam or perhaps car was underwater and lens flooded at some time.

good luck

Damn, that sucks.. Maybe I should have got a carfax before I bought the car
Thanks for the information. That's one thing I never bothered to look for when purchasing a car. I've had it for almost a year, so the car itself is fine though.

I just replaced both of my mine. Took about an hour. Pretty simple. The hardest part was removing the front bumper cover. Used this YouTube Video as guideline and it was invaluable. Also bought 2 new lenses off ebay for $60. It will really add to the appearance as well as the safety of your vehicle:
