Default 2000 accord manual transmission problems

My transmission is screwed up. Ill give you a little history and a lot of details and any ideas of things to look at is more than welcomed and greatly appreciated. I got the care a little over two years ago and it was in perfect condition or seemed that way. After about 6 months my clutch went out at about 85,000 miles( i learned stick on it so there were some grinds and what not to help it go out) I had it replaced and everything was fine that except sometimes it would grind going into 2nd gear roughly 1 in a 100 shifts. It wasnt enough to make me super worried about it and eventually just got used to it and could line it up so it didnt grind. Then it started to do it in 3rd and got worse and worse. Now it grinds in 2nd, 3rd, wont even go into 4th and grinds into reverse. The clutch sticks to the floor and i have to get my toe under it to lift it back up every couple times i press it in. The gears through the shift lever are huge each about 3-4 inches long, as in i can move the lever around that much while in a gear. it use to be pretty tight and now its very sloppy. I have replaced the linkage between the lever and transmission and the clutch release/slave cylinder which were ideas given to me from backyard mechanics. please post any thoughts, ideas or questions

With that much grinding noise coming from the transmission, I would drain the fluid to look for metal shavings in the fluid. Then add fresh manual transmission fluid.

If you have a lot of metal shavings, then I would suspect something internal is wrong.

If you have someone press the clutch pedal, the slave cylinder should push the arm to the release fork about 12mm (~1/2 inch).
