Default 2000 accord turns over won't run

2000 accord ex 5 speed . No check engine light , no immobilizer light , no main relay click. Turns over won't run. I've checked grounds in the engine bay. I've checked all necessary fuses. I bought this car for my kid thinking it was a simple fix and right now we are no closer to it being fixed. I'm thinking maybe a bad ground. Maybe bad ecm? Maybe a bad main relay? Any help will be a blessing. I have the basic tools and usually I'm pretty good with a honda. Thanks in advance.

When you turn the key to the II position and do not try to start the car, does the check engine light turn on for about 2 seconds to do a bulb check?

Do you have a scanner/bluetooth reader to get codes?

I think the immobilizer lamp (green key) also comes on for 2 seconds during the bulb-check. Does it do that?

So it cranks but doesn't start. Is the pump priming on number II. If not get some starter fluid and spray it in the throttle to see if you can get it to start. If it starts replace your fuel pump main relay. It under the steering wheel with a brown harness connected to it. These are notorious at this age.
