Default 2000 Honda Accord Idles low and shaky when slowing down

2000 Honda Accord EX 4 Cylinder Manual Transmission 252,000 Miles.

This only happens right after the engine warms up and the car allows the idle rpm to lower. When slowing down at a stop sign/light occasionally (maybe 4-5 times a week) the engine will idle down to about 200 and get shaky, when it does that if i give it a little gas it will hop back up to normal and sometimes do it one more time after that at the next stop.

twice over the past 3 months the engine has completely stalled out when coming to a stop sign. It'll start right back up on a dime as if nothing happened after that.

the car runs good on the highway. Most of my daily driving is about a 4 miles on city streets.

I got the oil changed two days ago.

Any suggestions.

Lack of air supply causes low idle. Clean/replace inlet air filter. Clean the idle air control valve (IACV) inlet/out passasges and movement. Clean throttle plate/bore (both sides). Throttle body cleaner is preferred cleaner fluid.

Look carefully at rpm gauge and I think you'll see that your first large mark is 500 rpm. Any idle below about 600 rpm is too low.

good luck
