IF it's under the hood...
Does it squeak the same when the engine is running or shut off? Then my guess is the ball/socket pivot on the throw-out fork. Very difficult to get grease on that thing because it's a ways inside the bellhousing.
First... the clutch slave cylinder piston has a ball/socket arrangement where it pushes against the throw-out lever. If you're lucky, THAT's where you need some grease.

I would guess it is the end of the slave cylinder rod where it meets the the shift fork.
You can unbolt the slave cylinder and put a dab anti-seize on the end of the rod on the slave cylinder, then reinstall. You may be able to access this without having to unbolt the slave cylinder.

Probably CAN without unbolting the slave. I've done that. Press the throw-out lever to compress the slave piston, it's just spring loaded. Holding the piston while you move the lever away (to put grease in there) seems easier than trying to grab the piston rod & compressing it.
The pivot point was the source of a squeak in my Integra, and I tried to use a loop of wire & other creative stuff to get grease in THERE. It wasn't easy, and not completely successful. But it wasn't worth removing the transmission to get at it.
