Now what I see what you mean about the green wire lol Idk why it came out looking like that in the pic but i checked it again and the insulation on the wire is fine so it must have been some dust or something on it. I got it running again. This time with CEL code p1381 so it came out to be the new distributor housing was faulty so I took it back under warranty and got it running again.

Got another problem now... CEL back on and p1381 again. I heard the alternator could cause this so I got it tested at autozone and it passed.. So could it be another bad distributor housing? Any other ideas?
