Default 2002 accord brake light on

I have a 2002 honda accord that is the two door model. The light on the cluster is on that reads brake. I checked it for codes and there are none. All brake lights work and full of fluid in master cylinder. I hooked scanner back up and checked the abs system and the only thing I can find is it says the parking brake is on even when it is not applied. I unhooked the wire to the parking brake assembly with no better results. I then traced it to the ecm and removed the pin from the connector with no luck. I ran ground wire from the battery to that pin on ecm and still no luck. Do you believe I would have a bad ecm?

The sensor in the reservoir may be giving you a false reading. I put a post in the DIY section about a solution that may fix your problem.
