2002 accord hard shift on reverse

when the transmition is selected in reverse the car has a very hard shift. when is changed to drive doesnt ocur. Two motor mounts are changed. could be the back motor mount. I bought this car like this.

Yes it could be. Check that out to see if it's loose.
