Rough Shift from Park to Reverse

I think I need to fix my transmission. The car shifts rough from park to reverse, especially when the AC is running. Any thoughts?

It's a 2004 Honda Accord LX.

Sounds more like a mount issue, to me.....4 cyl or 6 cyl? Either way, check the mounts.

Yep, check the motor mounts.
