Default 2002 Honda Accord v6 AC clutch not engaging

My 2002 Honda Accord by ac clutch not engaging when I turn the ac on, so only warm blows. Clutch engages when I jump the ac clutch relay and there's cold air then. Electrical shop said it was the evaporator temp sensor which I replaced but no change. I also purchased the expansion valve but hesitant to replace before I am certain. Only 2 wires read 14v at the clutch relay and the other 2 reads 0, so there's no ground coming to the ac relay. Swapped relay with horn relay and it is fine. Also, the blower switch next to the evap case behind the dash reads 14v on the black/yellow wire but 0 on the red/blue wire so there'sno ground there as well. 35 psi of pressure on the low side when ac is turned on and the clutch is engaged. Can anyone help, I am stomped?

I had a friend that has a 2000 3.0 and I tried everything then put attention to he head unit. When I changed it everything worked like it should. Just throwing that out there not saying that is your problem.

The climate control was my friends issue. Once I changed it everything started working

Yup, this is a common problem with the 98 thru 02 Accords. Doesn't matter if it's the "manual" unit, or the digital unit.

I checked that and everything is working fine. I just have no ground going to the clutch relay.

Have you checked to make sure your pressure switch was good?
