Default 2003 Accord automatic stuck at first gear?

Today I was messing around with my blower motor to see if I could fix my ac and I unplugged the bottom harness and plugged it back in, the harness only has some random spliced wire and a red wire that connects to nothing but was routed to the center console. That could be a totally different issue to what caused this but I’m not completely sure. When I went to drive my car it starts fine-ish I think then when I shift into reverse there’s a loud thump and when I shift into drive I can’t go faster than maybe 20mph and holding down on the pedal it doesn’t sound like I’m accelerating at all but I managed to drive around and back up a hill so it doesn’t seem like I was just coasting. I had an issue like once or twice previously where I wasn’t able to accelerate for a few seconds after going downhill but shifting into d3 or back into d form whatever other position seemed to fix it.
