2003 Accord, cranks but won't start
Got 03 with over 200,000 that just was parked over night. It cranks but will not start. A couple of day earlier I noticed it acted like it was spinning slower than normal then finally no start. Battery is new, starter is new, I can hear the fuel pump bring it up to pressure and have removed the fuel line at the rail and am getting plenty of fuel. Checked spark at the plug and it looks good. All the stuff in the cab all works. I'm missing something but not sure what. Anyone got any ideas?

Start with the simple stuff. You will have to scan for engine codes. Post the code on here. Try using a different key. Pay attention to the immobilizer (green key light on the dash). I can't remember what is normal operation for that light.
The car needs fuel, spark, and timing/compression to have the engine run. You verified you have fuel at the rail, but not at the cylinders. Reading the fuel pressure will help if you have an issue with the fuel pump. Try spraying starter fluid into the intake and see if you can get the engine to run momentarily.
A compression test is also a good idea to see if the engine is having mechanical issues.
Spark is harder to test with the coil over the plug. How did you test for spark?
