2003 accord ECU/PCU relay

Can someone tell me where the ECU/PCU relay is located? and the ground locatin for the ECU?

PCM relays are in the under dash fuse box (2 relays). See attached graphic.

PCM is under the center dash. Grounds should be nearby. I did not find a graphic.
