I have a 2003 Accord EX V6 MT w/Nav. When I turn the heater on, regardless of the temperature I set, cold air is coming out.

I searched the DIY section of this forum and found instructions for retrieving HVAC diagnostic codes. When I run the diagnostic, my car is returning code I - "An open in the drivers air mix control motor circuit"

Now that I have the diagnostic information,
1) What would the next step be in diagnosing the problem, or
2) Is there a specific solution to remedy this problem.

Manual I have is for 2003-2007 Accord 4-cyl. Yours should be similar perhaps same.

This code is most likely a faulty air mix motor, however there are diagnostics to check wiring and motor after removal.

You will need a shop manual to perform this work yourself. Suggest purchasing an emanual from ebay seller automanualsource. Cost is $21.99.
