Default 2003 Accord turn signal lever disengages randomly

So this might be a weird one. Whenever I engage the right turn signal, it will disengage as soon as I begin turning the steering wheel, but when I turn left, it disengages randomly. Is this the lever mechanism just being wonky or could it potentially be a bad CV joint? Not sure if this helps or not, but the car shakes at 20mph and 60 mph.

Turn signal disengaging sounds like something wrong in the lever/switch assembly. Not related to the shaking which might simply be a wheel out of balance.

Thanks! Looks like a relatively cheap and easy fix, so I'll get that replaced.
