I could use some assistance. I have a 2003 accord ex v6 with 55k on it. Two days ago it was raining as I was pulling into my street and the wipers started moving real slow. I drove into the garage and the wipers were up on the windshield. Today I go out and the wipers will not work and I have to move them by hand off the windshield. I have checked fuse #11 and it is fine. Are there any other fuses to check? If it is not that, where is the wiper motor? Is it easy to get to where I could put a meter on it to see if it is getting power? Is this something I can replace myself or should I just breakdown and take it to a dealer?

Any assistance or pointing me to useful info would be greatly appreciated.
