2003 accord won't start

I'm just hearing clicks. My dad says its the fuel pump what could it be ?

A bad fuel pump will not prevent the engine from turning over. If the starter is not turning the engine, you likely have a battery or cable connection problem. Cheapest things first. Clean cable connections, and have battery tested.
