2003 Honda accord blower motor

Default 2003 Honda accord blower motor

Driving home on a rainy night and blower motor stopped working. checked all fuses and all are good. Continuity tested blower motor ok. direct hot wired it to battery and motor worked ok. any suggestions

Power transistor may have opened. There is a test of the power transistor to verify it's integrity w/ a VOM. Since you've verified blower is OK, I think you're OK to buy a replacement power transistor, or try to fix the one you have (open and see if power transistor is replaceable).

It could still be a blower relay or a wiring problem outside of the speed-controller.
