Like the title says I am looking to swap my BMW 540i for a sensible Honda Accord I4. I have read that the weak auto trans have from 1998 to early 2004 have been fixed. I have also been reading user reviews on MSN and Edmonds. It seems that even the 2007 auto are still having significant problems. I am also reading the manuals as recent as 07 are popping out of gear or just plain won't go into gear (mainly 1st and 3rd). Are these legitimate problems or just a select few unhappy customers?
