Default 2003 Honda Accord Front and Console Lighters

Our front and console accessory lighters stopped working recently. We changed the #9(15A) and #32(7.5A) and under the hood #15(40A) fuses. Still nothing.

How likely is it that both accessory sockets should burn out at once? Since they are on the same circuit, one burning out would take them both out, right?

Any suggestions for next steps?

Thanks so much!!

The next easiest thing to try is swapping a relay.

The relay for the accessory lighters is #19 in the diagram below. Switch it with one of the identical relays nearby. #22 is for the power windows, so you can swap the relays and see if the windows stop working and the accessory lighters start working.
