Default 2004 3.0L Accord Driver Power Door lock issue

I have a 2004 3.0L Accord Sedan - so when I open or close the door locks either on the key remote or power door lock switch, the door lock on my driver side sometimes works, and sometimes just doesn't move, whether it's either to open or close. It's an old car, so I figure it's getting worn out. I was just going to buy a new motor
Amazon Amazon
and then take it to a mechanic to swap out - I figure it's either the motor, or the linkages just need to be cleaned and relubed but if the mechanic is going to take the door panel off they might as well just swap the motor. Could it be anything else that I'm missing here? I just want to have the parts ready for the mechanic so that they can quickly get it done with minimum down time of my car. Thank you for the help!

Does the key work to mechanically lock/unlock the door? How about when pushing/pulling the door lock ****?

I'd say this is either the actuator or maybe the lock assembly? Do you hear the actuator (lock motor) make any noise when you try to lock/unlock the car?

The key works mechanically without issue. Pushing/pulling the door lock **** is also fine. I don't hear anything when trying to actuate the door motor. That's why I'm thinking it's likely the motor?
